These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services offered by REV by Raina (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking a service, or engaging with our offerings, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

REV by Raina offers customised virtual beauty consultancy services, including but not limited to:

  • Personalised Makeup Guides

  • Personalised Skincare Guides

  • Makeup Bag Makeovers

  • Special Occasion Beauty Guides

Each service includes a one-on-one virtual consultation, completion of a client intake form, and delivery of a bespoke E-Booklet tailored to your needs.

2. Eligibility

To access our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information during the consultation process

  • Agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any additional disclaimers provided

3. Bookings & Payment

3.1 Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

  • We do not store your financial information.

3.2 Currency & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify service pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

4.1 Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation.

  • Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

4.2 Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your consultation once, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

  • Missed consultations without prior notice are considered forfeited.

4.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of our services — which are custom, time-intensive, and digital — all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once the consultation has taken place or once any portion of the service has been delivered.

5. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Our standard turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days after the consultation. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the service and client responsiveness. You will be notified in the event of any delays.

All deliverables (E-Booklets) are sent digitally to the email address provided during booking.

6. Client Obligations

To ensure the highest quality of service, you agree to:

  • Complete your client intake form with honest and detailed information

  • Attend your scheduled consultation on time and prepared

  • Communicate clearly regarding your goals, preferences, and concerns

  • Understand that outcomes may vary depending on individual factors such as skin condition, product compatibility, and usage habits

7. Results Disclaimer

Our recommendations are based on professional expertise and industry research, but results may vary. REV by Raina makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness or suitability of any product, routine, or guide. You are advised to patch test all skincare and makeup products and consult a medical professional for any underlying health concerns.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, guides, designs, and templates created by REV by Raina are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any content received through our services.

  • All materials are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REV by Raina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to product reactions, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By booking a service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of delivering our services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to conflict of law principles.
