REV Policies

At REV by Raina, transparency and respect are at the heart of everything we do. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and high-quality experience for every client.

    • All services begin with a detailed consultation to ensure we understand your needs and tailor our recommendations accordingly.

    • Consultations are booked via our scheduling platform. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

    • A completed client form is required at least 24 hours prior to the consultation. This helps us deliver the most personalized experience possible.

    • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

    • All prices are listed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars).

    • We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods via our booking platform.

    • You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours in advance using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email.

    • Missed consultations or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

    • We respect your time and ask that you do the same — if you're running late, please let us know.

    • Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final.

    • We do not offer refunds once a service has been booked and the consultation or booklet has begun.

    • If you’re unhappy with your experience, please reach out to us — we’ll always do our best to find a solution.

    • Once your consultation is complete and all necessary information has been received, your personalized REV E-Booklet will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

    • During peak periods or promotional launches, turnaround time may extend slightly — you’ll always be informed in advance if this happens.

    • Clients are responsible for completing their client form with accurate and up-to-date information.

    • Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or product concerns during the consultation.

    • Results depend on consistency, individual skin types, and product suitability. We offer guidance, but results will vary.

    • All REV E-Booklets are digital and will be delivered via email.

    • They are intended for personal use only and may not be distributed, shared, or replicated without permission.

    • Each service includes a complimentary follow-up (via email) where we check in on your progress and answer any lingering questions.

    • You will be invited to schedule this within 2 weeks of receiving your booklet.
