Pre-appointment details
Please be ready and punctual for your chosen consultation time. Feel free to think about any questions you might want to ask during our session to make the most of it!
Cancellation policies
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee.
Payment policies
We require a 50% deposit at the time of checkout. The remaining balance is due after the 1:1 consultation. We accept major credit cards and/or HK bank account transfers.
